The India Portfolio is building an AI-driven Corporate Operating System for capital management and strategic decision-making. Today, the platform provides a structured data foundation of funds, companies, and their relationships, enabling users to discover opportunities and execute deals. Over time, it will expand into a full-stack system for capital allocation and enterprise strategy, evolving from today's data plus deal execution to strategic finance, and ultimately to AI-augmented leadership.
Our architecture is built in concentric layers, expanding outward from a foundation of deep market intelligence to the absolute apex of corporate decision-making.
Data at our Core
Everything begins with data, the ground truth. At the center of the platform is our Directory - a comprehensive data layer mapping the Indian ecosystem of VC/PE funds and their portfolio companies. By continuously tracking deals, funds, companies across sectors and stages and the intricate links within this ecosystem, we have a database that is uniquely built to empower analysis and deal making in the AI age.
The Deals Layer (M&A)
Built directly on top of our data core is the Deals layer. Using our custom AI-powered algorithms and the data layer, we analyze M&A desirability amongst companies in the directory and help our clients identify and execute M&A suited to their strategy and stage.
The Near Future: Strategic Finance
Scaling beyond M&A, our vision is to power all workflows under the umbrella of Strategic Finance. We are designing the ultimate agentic toolkit that will empower companies and funds to automate their strategic financial lifecycle - covering capital raises, allocation strategy, capital deployment, evaluation & ROI optimization and investor relations management.
The Ultimate Future: AI CXOs
Building upon our core financial expertise, the long-term plan is to build and operate specialized AI CXOs who will drive enterprise-wide strategy. By combining deep domain expertise with organizations' proprietary data, these AI CXOs will natively own their respective leadership positions. Operating as an interconnected strategic command center, they will collaborate with human leadership and each other.
