2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

• Directory of VC and PE funds operating in India
• Portfolio company profiles
• Search, filtering, and analytics tools
• Market intelligence and research features

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, TRIALS, AND USAGE LIMITS

We may offer free, trial, and paid subscription plans. Each plan may include usage limits such as the number of fund or company profiles viewed, searches performed, or features accessed.

Trial plans are time-limited and may have reduced limits. Unused trial access does not carry forward.

5. PAYMENTS

Paid subscriptions, when available, are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers, CVV details, or banking credentials.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE AND API ACCESS

• Unauthorized scraping, crawling, or automated extraction is prohibited
• Automated access is permitted only via officially supported APIs
• Bypassing rate limits or access controls is prohibited
• Redistribution or resale of Content without permission is prohibited

Authorized API access may be subject to additional terms, documentation, or policies, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. DATA ACCURACY AND RELIANCE DISCLAIMER

All data is provided for informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Content. We have no obligation to update or correct data.

You must independently verify all information. Any reliance on the Services is strictly at your own risk.

The Services do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or professional advice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
